Tier 1: Introductory COR® Support

At the introductory level, All Safety Consulting provides guidance from the initial introduction of COR® through the submission of your first internal audit to IHSA. We offer recommendations based on a thorough gap analysis, helping you identify areas for improvement.

​While we provide the insights and direction, your team will be responsible for developing, implementing, reviewing, and maintaining all the systems, tools, and documentation required by COR®.

Tier 2: Enhanced COR® Support

In our Tier 2 offering, All Safety Consulting provides support from the introduction of COR® through to achieving COR® Certification.

We deliver and recommend the tools and systems necessary to sustain a fully functional Health and Safety Management System (HSMS).

Our team supports your HSMS both in the field and administratively, ensuring that your safety protocols remain effective and compliant.

Tier 3: Comprehensive COR® Support

Tier 3 offers the most extensive support available through All Safety Consulting. We guide you from the initial introduction to COR® certification all the way to your first External Recertification Audit, three years after achieving COR®. Additionally, we assist in developing a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) to address any findings.

What is the Certificate of Recognition (COR®)?
The Certificate of Recognition (COR®) is a Canadian recognized program, endorsed by the Canadian Federation of Construction Safety Associations (CFCSA). Designed to promote positive workplace behaviours and practices, COR® is a key driver of improved safety performance and  is often a pre-qualification requirement for contractors working on both public and private sector projects, both within and outside of their home provinces. In Ontario, the IHSA is the 'Authority having Jurisdiction' to grant COR®.
