Meet our team.

All Safety Consulting engages only dedicated, highly skilled professionals to fulfill contracts or training. These professionals include former MOL inspectors, experienced Construction and Industrial safety professionals, as well as qualified safety trainers. All Safety Consulting carries liability insurance and is covered under WSIB.

​All Safety Consulting partners with external qualified Health & Safety Training providers such as Safety Guys Workplace Safety Trainers and Intuition First Aid, when their expertise can offer our clients a service All Safety Consulting does not.

We are headquartered in Kingston, Ontario, and provide services to clients in the Eastern Ontario region.

Amanda ​MacDuffee

​PRESIDENT
Amanda, the founder of All Safety Consulting, brings over 20 years of experience in Occupational Health and Safety. Her journey began as a health and safety trainer, where she quickly discovered her passion for creating safer work environments. Recognizing the need for comprehensive safety services, Amanda expanded her expertise to offer a broader range of solutions.

Amanda is deeply committed to helping businesses achieve compliance and foster a culture of safety. Over the years, she has collaborated with numerous companies to build robust safety programs and navigate the often complex regulatory processes. As All Safety Consulting grew, Amanda brought together a team of skilled safety professionals, enabling the company to extend its services across various industries.

In addition to her work with businesses, Amanda partners with lawyers to assist their clients who have been charged by the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development (MLITSD). She conducts independent investigations and meticulously reviews discovery documentation, contributing to the defense of those committed to improving their safety culture.

Since incorporating All Safety Consulting, Amanda has seen the business expand rapidly as companies recognize the value of outsourcing their safety needs. By partnering with All Safety Consulting, businesses benefit from expert guidance without the cost of a full-time, in-house safety professional. Jamie ​MacDuffee

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Jamie comes to All Safety after serving 35 years in the Construction Equipment Rental business, with extensive experience in sales and management. He has been a sitting director on the board at the Kingston Construction Association since 2001 and served as its president in 2012.
​
His ability to see the ‘big picture’ will be instrumental in the smooth flow of daily operations while keeping the focus on customers and consultants’ alike. He is very excited and happy to be involved with the family business and to be contributing to the greater good of the safety culture in the local industry which he has been involved with so closely for so many years.

Laura ​MacKellar

CLIENT DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR - SALES
Laura’s positive outlook is delightful and a breath of fresh air. Once you have the pleasure of meeting Laura you won’t soon forget. With over 20 years of experience in Health & Safety Equipment sales, Laura can answer most of your safety equipment questions - or find the answers you need.

​Laura conducts ear fit testing to protect our clients’ employees' hearing. She has also become a respirator fit testing warrior having administered over 2000 fit tests over the last few years. She will conduct these important fit tests at your location or our office.
​
Laura is in charge of our safety equipment division and can help supply products for all of your repair, maintenance, operation and safety requirement

Dave Bell

SENIOR TECHNICAL ADVISOR/COMPLIANCE AUDITOR
Following a career spanning more than 40 years in the construction and facility management industries in Eastern Ontario.After retiring from the Ministry of Labour as a Construction Inspector, Dave joined All Safety Consulting in July 2017.

Dave is highly respected in the Kingston and surrounding area, this was evident when he was retiring from the Ministry. People who he had got to know over the years wanted to acknowledge their appreciation in some way. Dave received recognition awards from various groups and associations. Quite the accomplishment for an Inspector.

Dave likes to stay incognito so to speak, we now call him ‘the international man of mystery’. When he was asked for a photo for the website, this picture is what he sent. All Safety was honoured when he chose to join our team.

Jack ​Guthrie

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY CONSULTANT
Jack Guthrie, our Safety Advisor, with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Jack possesses expert knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and promotes adherence to health and safety policies and regulations through effective decision-making.  He has a proven track record for ensuring a safe work environment and ensuring that no lost-time injuries occur on any of his projects.

Jack has extensive experience identifying problem areas and providing recommendations, and he is also proficient at building the individual commitment necessary to make a safety program successful, making him a valuable asset to our team. Jack’s expertise includes surface mining, industrial and construction in the ICI sector.

Jon ​Walker

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY CONSULTANT - GENERAL MANAGER
Jon has over 11 years of experience in the construction equipment industry and knows the importance of equipment specific training. Jon’s knowledge of the Occupational Health & Safety Act, Construction and Industrial Regulations has developed over the past ten years. He has held Health & Safety Rep positions and is a certified JHSC member. As a certified JHSC member, he has been both a worker and a management representative. Because Jon has worked his way from worker to management, he understands both sides and incorporates this knowledge in his approach.
​
Jon is busy these days going on sites and facilitating competency training on equipment such as scissor lifts, booms, and forklifts. Jon is also completing the shop field visits for our clients. Many of our clients know Jon from his previous job, where he held the position of Service Manager. Jon’s attention to and knowledge of safety in the industrial sector is a definite asset to All Safety Consulting.

Chris Malcomson

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY CONSULTANT - COMPLIANCE AUDITOR
Chris recently retired after a successful 33-year career in regulatory compliance. The last 15 years were as a Construction Health and Safety Inspector with the Ministry of Labour. Keys to this success were ensuring he conducted himself with honesty, integrity, and common sense. When Chris decided to join us he stated that ‘These are the characteristics that I looked for in my next employer and why I find myself as a member of the All Safety Team.’

Zac ​Knowles

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY CONSULTANT
Zac has 10 years of construction experience, with 6 of those years being dedicated to Health and Safety. Zac was an equipment operator prior to discovering his passion for Health & Safety. Zac comes to All Safety after working with one of the largest construction companies in North America, as their Health and Safety Coordinator. 

Zac is dedicated to ensuring safety on the projects he’s involved in, providing knowledge and guidance on safety standards, as well as procedures and policy development. Since Zac has worked “on the tools” in the construction field, he understands the job from all points of view and transfers that knowledge to ensure the job is completed safely. Coming from the field, workers respect him and respond well to his guidance and recommendations.

​In addition to his construction experience, Zac was also a firefighter for 4 years. These experiences aid in his emergency response procedures and preparedness. Zac can assist with high angle rescue planning and confined space entry.
